Yesterday, a friend of mine (and one of our insureds) had an accident. Needless to say, my initial reaction was "I hope she is okay." But, my next thought was, "Do they have the right coverage?" Wow. Nice question. What is the right coverage? The answer is, it depends on your situation. Do you need rental coverage, towing coverage, low deductible, high deductible? It depends.
